EMERGENCY SERVICE

If your pet has an emergency after hours phone our animal hospital number at:


604-858-4415

You will hear a recorded greeting that will give you two options:

"Press 1" if you have an emergency or urgent problem. Your call will be call forwarded to the cell phone of the doctor on call. No middle man. If your call comes at a time when the doctor can not speak to you (in surgery, in traffic, on another emergency for example) please leave a message and keep your line open so the doctor can return your call.

"Option 2" will direct you to the staff voice mail. It is intended to give callers who don't have an emergency a chance to leave a message after hours (general inquiries, food orders, appointment issues etc.) The staff checks voice mail daily when the office opens the next business day.

The Sardis Animal Hospital treats only companion animals. This means that our staff dedicates their time and efforts in developing expertise within a particular area of veterinary practice. Doctors and staff regularly participate in continuing education in order to maintain a high level of technical skill in small animal medicine and surgery.

HELP WANTED

We have an opening for a full time or part time receptionist. We are looking for a mature, career oriented individual with good communication skills. Experience in a small animal clinic environment is desirable but not necessary. The applicant must be a team player, be comfortable with computers and have a genuine interest in serving the public.
